Construction Management
Construction management is a contractual approach that offers greater flexibility and adaptability, particularly when it comes to the project schedule.
As illustrated in the diagram below, this model allows for the early involvement of the contractor in the project. Their in-depth knowledge of the file enables more responsive and efficient decision-making. The project is carried out through ongoing collaboration between all stakeholders from start to finish.

This approach also supports a phased development strategy, tailored to the realities of the construction site.
