Dream REIT
Our mission was to participate in the technical and final development of an industrial warehouse of 11,000 m², integrated into an existing building.
This extensive project, combining renovation and new construction, was guided by an integrated collaborative approach. Initiated in 2022, the construction site was completed in May 2023.
Our involvement in the project began after the sketching phase. AMA was tasked with developing the execution drawings and overseeing the construction. Despite the constraints of a budget set in the pre-project phase, our proactive collaboration with general contractors and owners, supported by fluid and weekly exchanges, efficiently addressed challenges, ensuring quality, code compliance, and adherence to budget and schedule.
Our creativity emerged in developing customized solutions to address challenges related to the connection between the existing and the new, as well as regulatory restrictions due to the proximity of the railway. The optimization of these solutions was facilitated by coordination among professionals supported by the sharing of Revit models and BIM management.
