Valence Labs
Tasked with transforming an existing space into a dynamic, collaborative workplace, we partnered with our client to create an environment that reflects their evolving identity and ambitious growth. With a fast-tracked timeline and complex site conditions, agility and close collaboration became key to the project’s success.
From day one (pre-project phase), we recommended a construction management approach to bring flexibility and responsiveness to the process — enabling us to mobilize quickly and adapt in real time.
One of the project’s signature spaces is a multifunctional gathering room, designed with custom two-tiered bleachers to host company-wide meetings of around 50 people — maximizing capacity without compromising footprint.
A variety of collaborative zones — formal meeting rooms, cozy lounges, acoustic phone booths, and open work areas — respond to the full spectrum of work styles.
The selection of furniture, sourced from three different suppliers, adds richness and adaptability to the environment.

With brand identity still in development during the design phase, our team played a key role in shaping a spatial narrative that captured the client’s vision.
The result: a bold, tech-forward, and human-centered space.
Vibrant yet calming colors and tactile, expressive materials bring contrast and energy to the existing structure, creating a workplace that feels both grounded and forward-thinking.
